Structure

The IQAC cell was established in 17/12/2013 to meet the vision, mission & motto as per the Naac guidelines, IQAC of the college has a system which consists of mechanism and procedures.

Presently Dr. D. Patel, Asst. Prof. (English) is the coordinator of IQAC. The team consists of 16 member representatives of the management alumni, students and industrialist and community representatives nominated for two year, the external experts are also invited by the IQAC to contribute to the effective functioning of the college.

The cell convince regular meeting of heads of the departments and various committee for ensure the proper functioning of the system, annual planning & review meeting discussion and seminar etc.

Strategies of IQAC

Evaluation of mechanism and procedures for ensuring timely efficient and progressive performance of academic, extra academic activities which is done with help of different department through their academic calendars

Monitoring of adore- mentioned activities through regular meeting with departmental heads and other students.

  • Developing and applying benchmark/parameters of quality for various academic and administrative activities of the institution which is done by SWOC analysis and departmental review meeting.
  • Monitoring the syllabus of different subject.
  • Encouraging the departmental as well as various committees to hold curricular and extracurricular activities.
  • Organizing quality related programmes through quality circle.
  • Providing extension services to other institution.
  • Documentation of the various activities leading to quality improvements.
  • Analysis as feedback received from student parents and alumni on quality related institutional processes.
  • Dissemination of information to faculty students and staff through website and notice boards.
  • Publication of news letter of IQAC.
